Typical Production Timeline
Mid-November
Deadline to submit non-curricular catalog updates. Non-curricular revisions include all updates of text in the general information chapters of the catalog, such as Campus Community, Student Rights, Responsibilities & the Fine Print, as well as edits to program descriptions that do not require an approved curricular proposal.
December
Deadline for proposals to move through the University Senate step of the curriculum approval process. Proposals approved after the final meeting of the fall semester will be included in the next production cycle.
January - February
Update course and program descriptions per approved curriculum proposals
February
CSU mandatory catalog copy from the Chancellor's Office (tentative)
March
Final updates to administration, faculty, and emeritus faculty listings
Catalog draft for all campus review
April
Publish catalog
