Email is the preferred and most efficient way to reach us during this time. In your message, please include your:

  • name
  • best phone number and time to contact you
  • HSU ID number (students)
  • and a description of the service you need or your question (helps us respond in a timely manner)

Your message will be reviewed by our staff within 2 hours. Depending on the service you need or your question, they will:

  • contact you directly (frequently on the same day) or
  • forward your message to a graduation counselor or other specialized staff member for a reply. Replies are regularly made within 1-2 days*.

Please note that some requests may take up to 3 business days to process.*

Please continue to correspond with that staff person directly by email or phone. All staff members in the Office of the Registrar are checking email and phone messages several times throughout the business day.*
