The Office of the Registrar is open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

In your message, please include your:

  • name
  • best phone number and time to contact you
  • HSU ID number (students)
  • and a description of the service you need or your question (helps us respond in a timely manner)

Your message will be reviewed by our staff within 2 hours. Depending on the service you need or your question, they will:

  • contact you directly (frequently on the same day) or
  • forward your message to a graduation counselor or other specialized staff member for a reply. Replies are regularly made within 1-2 days*.

*Please note that some requests may take up to 3 business days to process.
