Catalog Production

Role of Academic Programs in Catalog Production

As of the 2024-2025 catalog production cycle, the responsibility for all curricular areas of the university catalog, which includes course descriptions, program requirements, and major academic plans, has moved to the Office of Academic Programs. The office will also be responsible for the official publication of the university catalog.

See Academic Programs: Curriculum Deadlines for curriculum and catalog production timelines.

Role of the Office of the Registrar in Catalog Production

The Office of the Registrar is responsible for the non-curricular content of the university catalog. The Publication Specialist works with various university units to update information regarding admission, fees, financial aid, academic regulations and policies, as well as the mandatory catalog copy from the CSU Chancellor's Office.
