Grades due from faculty by 11:59 p.m. on May 20, 2020

Grade processing (five business days): May 28, 2020 (estimated)

You may see grades appear in Student Center during grade processing, but grades are not considered official, official transcripts cannot be released, and degree awarding cannot begin until after the grading process has been finalized.

Degree processing (June through August)

After grades are official, it takes about 8-12 weeks to clear degrees for all of the students eligible for graduation this term. Once a degree is posted, it will immediately appear on both official and unofficial transcripts.

New job? Grad School? Need your degree posted quickly?

  • Complete an official transcript request for at least one transcript and
  • add Expedited “Rush” Handling service
  • select "Hold until degree is posted” 

Your degree requirements will be reviewed within three business days after we receive your paid request.

Expect diplomas (late June through September)

Diplomas are printed and mailed approximately three weeks after a degree is cleared and posted.

Fall 2019

Grades due from faculty: December 23, 2019

Grade processing completed: December 26, 2019

Grades are official. You may view your grades in Student Center. 

Degree processing (January through February)

After grades are official, it takes about 6-8 weeks to clear degrees for all of the students eligible for graduation this term. Once a degree has posted, it will immediately appear on both official and unofficial transcripts.

Expect diplomas (late February through March)

Diplomas are printed and mailed approximately three weeks after a degree is cleared and posted.

 

Official transcripts

Official transcripts may be ordered anytime. However, they will not be released during the grade processing period (see “Grade Processing” above).

*Business days do not include holidays/campus closures. For example, transcript requests will not be processed while campus is closed during winter break.
